are discussed

prior to commencement

is an outline
of our general
terms.
Steps for
planning a
project with
4starbiz.com
- Request
We receive
a request
for services
either
by e-mail
letter,
or by
using
a request
form found
on one
of the
4starbiz
pages.
The
more details
you include
in your
request,
the more
expeditious
will be
the process
of providing
you with
an approximate
fee quote,
and ultimately
for completion
of the
project.
- Questionnaire
You will
be asked
to complete
a questionnaire
or supply
details
of the
requested
project.
- Fee
Quote
Based
on your
answers
to the
questionnaire
or e-mail,
we will
provide
you with
a preliminary
fee quote.
This
is NOT
a fixed
or binding
contractual
amount.
As
the project
progresses,
we will
discuss
with you
any moifications
in this
amount
based
on complexity
and time
constraints
required
for your
specific
needs.
You must
approve
all extemporaneous
charges.
If
the nature
of your
project
does not
meet the
original
quote
and you
do not
approve
additional
fees,
a compromise
will be
attempted.
- Deposit
A minimum
deposit
of 50%
is required
before
the project
is begun.
The
remainder
is due
upon completion.
A
payment
schedule
may be
arranged
for the
unpaid
portion
of your
invoice.
- Modifications
In most
cases,
one modification
is included
in the
original
project
price.
Further
changes,
modifications,
and/or
updates
are provided
at extra
cost to
the client.
- Payment
Methods
We
accept
personal
checks,
money
orders,
or payments
through
PayPal.
Personal
checks
must be
cleared
by the
bank before
the project
is begun.
- Site
Maintenance
We
provide
webmastering
services
to maintain
your site.
Alternatively,
you may
choose
to maintain
the site.
However,
troubleshooting
or corrections
as a result
of your
site maintenance
will require
additional
fees.
- Support
We
provide
customer
support
without
exception.
