SMOKED SALMON - AVOCADO TOAST - smoked salmon filets (you can substitute canned fish) - bread (you can also use crackers) - butter - 1 ripe avocado - lemon juice - garlic salt 1. Toast the bread I like to cut hot dog buns into half-inch coins for canape' rounds 2. Mash avocado, add teaspoon lemon juice & sprinkle of garlic salt 3. Spread avocado on toast, place salmon filet on top
