Dear
Dianne,
I admire
your
courage.
I stumbled
upon
your
website
quite
by
chance
as
I was
looking
for
fashions
of
the
70's
to
study
and
perhaps
make
for
our
Hallowe'en
party
this
year....
Boy
did
I get
an
eyeful......
I read
your
poetry
and
I must
tell
you
that
it
has
touched
a place
deep
inside
of
me
that
has
lain
dormant
for
many
years.
I too
have
been
abused
and
am
only
now
being
re-introduced
to
myself.
It's
been
a long
road
to
a hopeful
recovery
and
though
I'm
still
walking
the
path,
I have
found
I am
now
who
I have
always
wanted
to
be.....free
of
the
demons
that
haunted
me
in
the
past,
free
to
discover
that
side
of
me
that
was
locked
away
and
filled
with
shame
and
guilt
for
so
very
long
and
free
to
make
my
own
judgements
and
choices.
I just
wanted
to
write
to
you
and
tell
you
your
poetry
is
incredible.
You
have
a way
with
words
that
speak
from
your
heart
and
genuinely
touches
mine.
You
are
truly
gifted.
Best
regards,
Y. |

Miss
Ames,
I just
read
the
web
page:
http://www.4starbiz.com/ladyolove/memoirs/daze.htm
and
you
have
touched
my
heart.
Thank
you
for
sharing
this
with
the
world.
I cry
a lot
for
the
state
of
mankind
which
has
come
about
because
we
have
walked
away
from
God
thinking
we
could
do
better.
God
is
Love.
We
as
a race
have
lost
true
Love.
There
are
those
that
are
beginning
to
get
back
to
God
and
I am
glad
to
read
you
are
doing
so.
It
is
the
only
hope
for
mankind.
I have
just
finished
reading
a book
entitled
Enchanted
Love
by
Marianne
Williamson.
Overall,
it
is
attuned
with
the
spirit
of
what
I have
come
to
know
is
true
and
possible.
I have
several
lady
friends
who
"put
up
with"
abuse
in
various
forms
from
their
husbands.
It
is
sick.
It
hurts
my
heart
deeply
to
see
that.
The
power
and
control.
The
killing
of
the
spirit.
I will
be
sending
them
the
link
to
your
website.
Perhaps
it
will
help
"nudge"
at
least
one
to
action
in
reclaiming
their
life.
Here
is
a poem
or
song
(can't
remember)
that
a friend
of
mine
wrote:

Fire
and
Air
...
David
Karchere
From
the
fields
ripe
with
corn,
From
the
fruit
red
on
the
vine,
From
the
oak
up
on
the
mountain.
Let
us
build
a place
of
peace.
From
the
smile
of
each
passing
face
As
each
daily
task
is
done,
From
each
word
I share
with
you,
Let
us
build
a place
of
peace.
Let
us
build
a kingdom
of
our
Father's
love,
A place
that
reveals
the
glory
above.
Let
us
build
a mansion
so
fair--
Let
us
build
a kingdom
of
fire
and
air.
From
a heart
tried
in
fire,
From
each
gentle,
silent
prayer,
From
this
love
I know
for
you,
Let
us
build
Love's
true
home.
Let
us
build
a kingdom
of
our
Father's
love,
A place
that
reveals
the
glory
above.
Let
us
build
a mansion
so
fair--
Let
us
build
a kingdom
of
fire
and
air.
Let
us
build
a place
of
peace,
Let
us
build
Love's
true
home.

I
applaud
your
touching
into
the
world
through
your

Miss
Ames.
A healing

I will
hold
you
in
my
heart
safely.
Thank
you.

RE:
A
Mother's
Cry
--
When
I got
divorced
I let
my
kids
live
with
their
dad
for
the
same
reasons
you
mentioned
in
your
poem..
I can
100%
feel
your
pain.
Thanks
for
writing
exactly
how
I feel.
I
have
never
tried
poetry..Or
even
writing
down
my
feelings..My
children
too
are
all
gorwn
up
and
we
have
not
spoken
in
4 yrs
now.
Again
thanks
for
such
a beautiful
poem.

the

Doubt
sees
the
darkest
night
Faith
sees
the
day.
Doubt
dreads
to
take
a step
Faith
soars
on
high.
Doubt
questions
'who
believes?'
Faith
answers,
'I.' |
